2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

When you create a Pages Plus account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or harmful content

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pages Plus offers both one-time lifetime deal purchases and subscription plans. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Lifetime Deals

• One-time payment grants lifetime access to the purchased tier
• Includes all future updates and new features
• Limited to 800 licenses per tier
• 30-day money-back guarantee on lifetime purchases

Recurring Subscriptions

• Subscription renews automatically on the billing date
• You will be notified of renewal and charged according to your plan
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months, but unused time on canceled subscriptions does not carry forward

All payments are subject to Stripe's payment processing terms. We do not refund payment processor fees.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create and publish through Pages Plus. By using the service, you grant Pages Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All Pages Plus software, templates, themes, code, and documentation are owned by Pages Plus and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any Pages Plus intellectual property without written permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Service Availability

Pages Plus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, make improvements, or modify the service at any time without notice.

We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or any other issues that may arise from the use of Pages Plus. This is not a mission-critical service, and we provide no service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pages Plus and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Any damages arising from service interruptions or bugs
• Third-party actions or content

Your total liability to Pages Plus shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Termination will take effect immediately, and we will no longer have any obligation to provide the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, infringe on intellectual property, engage in illegal activity, or pose a risk to the service or other users. Termination for violation of these terms is non-refundable.

Upon termination, your access to the service and your content will be revoked. We are not responsible for loss of content after termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Pages Plus.
